Tech for Seva

Tech for Seva is a visionary platform that redefines the role of science and technology as tools of service (Seva) to address real-world challenges at the grassroots level. It brings together key stakeholders from India's innovation ecosystem-including CSIR, ICAR, ICMR, DRDO, IITS, NITs, industries, NGOs, and universities-to bridge the gap between research and societal needs. The summit focuses on making innovation accessible and impactful for farmers, communities, students, tribal rural entrepreneurs, and healthcare workers. The core mission is to ensure that technology serves a transformative purpose-whether through telemedicine in remote areas, Al for agriculture, or renewable energy for underserved regions. Emphasizing community-driven and field-applicable solutions, the summit facilitates collaboration through demonstrations, dialogues, and expert- led sessions. The main theme of the summit is Agriculture, highlighting innovations that support productivity and sustainability. The key sub-themes include: Swasth Bharat promoting healthcare access through digital tools and diagnostics, Livelihood enhancing rural income through skilling and tech- based entrepreneurship, Environment- Energy focusing on clean energy and ecological sustainability, Food improving nutrition, processing, and supply chains, Assistive Technology developing inclusive tools for the differently abled. Through this platform, Tech for Seva aims to convert research into reach and technology into transformation, ensuring every innovation uplifts lives and serves a greater purpose.
